Half Day Online Meditation Course

Saturday 16 May | 10.00am – 1.00pm

Half-Day Online Meditation Workshop with Buddhist Teacher Chelvi Mailvaganan

Losing the people and things we like and dealing with unwanted changes is part of life and it often hurts. We tend to feel that relationships, jobs, possessions and other external things alone will give us the lasting pleasure, comfort and security we crave. However genuine inner peace, happiness and quality of life come from a completely different source.

On this half day workshop, Chelvi will explain the methods for truly enjoying life, regardless of its ups and downs. We will learn to develop a mental resilience that will keep us happy and peaceful in even the most challenging circumstances, and enable us to benefit the people we love.

Suitable for everyone.

The link will be available for 48h.
