How Much Is Enough (practising contentment)

How Much Is Enough? (practicing contentment) - Morning Course

Meditation Course with Kelsang Rak-ma

The Indian Buddhist master Nagarjuna said:
‘Always be content. If you practise contentment, even though you have no wealth, you are rich.’
Most of our problems come from endlessly seeking satisfaction where no real satisfaction can be found. We could change our possessions, home or partner countless times, but until we change our restless, discontented mind we will never find real happiness. By freeing our mind from the painful mind of desirous attachment, we can finally rest content and happy.

Life is but a Dream - Half Day Course

Why do we experience suffering? And how can we be permanently freed from suffering? Through his great kindness, Buddha revealed the answers to these profound teachings on the true nature of reality.

Once we realise that everything is simply a creation of our own mind, like a dream, we can be truly free – and of real benefit to others.
