The classes include step-by-step guided meditations, talks and informal discussions. These group classes will allow you to relax, create some inner space and return home feeling refreshed and inspired. Although taught as a series, each class is self-contained so you can attend when you wish.

The Science of Happiness

September - OCTOBER 2019

The practices of meditation and mindfulness taught within Buddhism reveal the technology of happiness and wellbeing, how we can cultivate the causes of happiness and let go of the causes of unhappiness within our own heart.

In this six week course we will learn simple but powerful methods to heal and strengthen our mind so that we can enjoy our life more.
