The practices of meditation and mindfulness taught within Buddhism reveal the technology of happiness and wellbeing, how we can cultivate the causes of happiness and let go of the causes of unhappiness within our own heart.
In this six week course we will learn simple but powerful methods to heal and strengthen our mind so that we can enjoy our life more.
