Half Day Online Meditation Course

Saturday 31st October | 10am – 1pm

Online Meditation Course with Jampel Centre Teacher, James Baskerville

(Video catch-up available for 7 days)

This course will be based on the ‘three principle aspects of the path’, as presented in the book ‘Mirror of Dharma’ by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso. This is an essential presentation of the Buddhist Path of Radical transformation. These same instructions have been relied upon by countless practitioners of past and present generations to accomplish Enlightenment. Our resident teacher James will provide practical teachings and guide meditations applicable to modern day living.

‘Wisdom’ here refers to the state of mind that abides in the unchanging and blissful truth of reality. The wisdom that realises ultimate truth is the only method to accomplish lasting freedom and peace. In this half day course we will explore Buddha’s practical and accessible teachings on how to make progress with realising Ultimate Truth – ‘Emptiness’.

This teaching will be streamed online at 10.00AM, but if you are not able to watch at that time the file will remain accessible for 7 days.

All our meditation classes and events are available to the people of Kent and East Sussex area, to find your local centre please visit:
