Modern Buddhism

Wednesday 10.30 - 11.30am

Buddha’s scientific methods show us how to improve our human nature and qualities through developing the capacity of our mind. Happiness and suffering are inner experiences, or states of mind, so to be truly happy and free from suffering we must learn how to control our mind.

Originally presented over 2500 years ago, these instructions fit perfectly and practically into modern daily life.

The class is suitable for beginners and experienced meditators alike.
