St Leonards on Sea Meditation Class
7.30 – 8.30pm
Meditation is a tried and tested method to build peace and positivity in the mind.
Everyone can learn to meditate and find true happiness from within. The class consists of a guided breathing meditation for relaxation, a brief teaching and another guided meditation based on the topic of the teaching, and seating is on chairs.
The meditation is suitable for beginners and experienced meditators alike.
PARKING is available on site or there is plenty of free parking in the surrounding streets.
When you arrive, please ring buzzer number 7 and someone will let you in.
