Online Four Part Meditation Course

Sat 19th Sept | Sat 3rd – 17th – 31st Oct | 10.00am – 1.00pm

Online Four Part Meditation Course with Teacher, James Baskerville

(Video catch-up available for 7 days)

In this four part course we have an opportunity to look in the ‘Mirror of Dharma’. Dharma refers to Buddha’s teachings. These teachings are compared to a mirror because through contemplation and meditation we can look inside our own mind at our beliefs and behaviours and identify those that are faulty and lead to suffering and those that are based in wisdom and lead to happiness.

This course will be based on the ‘three principle aspects of the path’, as presented in the book ‘Mirror of Dharma’ by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso. This is an essential presentation of the Buddhist Path of Radical transformation. These same instructions have been relied upon by countless practitioners of past and present generations to accomplish Enlightenment. Our resident teacher James will provide practical teachings and guide meditations applicable to modern day living.

You are welcome to attend as many of the sessions as you wish, however a more comprehensive understanding will come from attending all four sessions.
