Guided meditations from the Buddhist tradition to steer us into the weekend with love, peace and wisdom.

People who regularly practice meditation know that it brings huge benefit to their own and other lives. We will feel more at peace within ourself, more confident in all of our relationships and generally more positive about our life.

The meditation is suitable for beginners and experienced meditators alike.

Class Format

Guided Meditation

Each class begins with guided breathing meditation to help let go of distractions and settle the mind into an experience of inner peace.

 

Buddhist Teaching

The teacher will then give practical advice, based on the topic of the class, explaining how we can integrate Buddha’s timeless wisdom into our busy daily lives.

Classes are led by Sammi, who has been practising Kadampa Buddhist meditation for many years.
