ESTABLISHING A DAILY MEDITATION PRACTICE
Buddha taught that meditation is the method to make our mind peaceful
and calm. Why then do we find it so hard to practice meditation regularly in
our daily life?
Buddhist Nun Kelsang Oden will talk through the typical challenges faced by
both new and experienced practitioners and provide time tested techniques
and solutions to ensure your practice flourishes.
The result is that you will leave with the tools to develop a space of sanctuary
where you can recharge from the challenges of everyday life, resulting in
both significant personal benefits and also to those around us.
This course is aimed at all levels of experience from beginners to those looking
to fine tune their meditation practice.
The classes include two guided meditations and a 30 minute talk related to
the evenings topic.
