Battle Meditation Class

Meditation is a tried and tested method to build peace and positivity in the mind.
Everyone can learn to meditate and find true happiness from within.
In these classes we will explore the benefits of meditation and enjoy guided meditations to overcome mental busyness and stress and find real peace and happiness within the mind.
Each 45 minute class consists of a guided breathing meditation for relaxation, a brief teaching and another guided meditation based on the topic of the teaching.
Free parking after 7pm in Lower Market car park next door to the venue.

Class Format

what to expect

Guided Meditation

Each class begins with guided breathing meditation to help let go of distractions and settle the mind into an experience of inner peace.


Buddhist Teaching

The teacher will then give practical advice, based on the topic of the class, explaining how we can integrate Buddha’s timeless wisdom into our busy daily lives.


Classes are led by the Resident Teacher of Maitreya Centre,  Kelsang Rak-ma
