Eastbourne Meditation Class
Tuesday 7.30-8.15pm
Meditation is a tried and tested method to build peace and positivity in the mind.
Everyone can learn to meditate and find true happiness from within.
Each 45 minute class consists of a guided breathing meditation for relaxation,
followed by a brief teaching and another guided meditation based on the teaching.
No experience necessary and seating is on chairs.
The meditation is suitable for beginners and experienced meditators alike.
