Meditation is a tried and tested method to build peace and positivity in the mind.

Everyone can learn to meditate and find true happiness from within.
The class consists of a guided breathing meditation for relaxation,
a brief teaching and another guided meditation based on the topic of the teaching.
No experience necessary and seating is on chairs.
The meditation is suitable for beginners and experienced meditators alike.

Class Format

Guided Meditation

Each class begins with guided breathing meditation to help let go of distractions and settle the mind into an experience of inner peace.


Buddhist Teaching

The teacher will then give practical advice, based on the topic of the class, explaining how we can integrate Buddha’s timeless wisdom into our busy daily lives.


Bruce Robinson is an experienced meditation teacher who has been studying and practicing Kadampa Buddhism
for many years. 
He is appreciated for his gentle warmth and kindness.
